Return & Exchange Policy
John Quick Ceramics is a one-person business and does not accept returns of any kind. Exchanges may be made, but customers are responsible for shipping costs. Damaged items will be replaced with a new version of the damaged piece.
To start a claim, customers should contact johnquickceramics@gmail.com. If a claim is accepted, a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Customers are asked to inspect their orders upon delivery and contact John Quick Ceramics immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a desired item is to return the original piece once the exchange is approved and place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued unless products are damaged in transit and are covered by shipping insurance. As a one-person studio, John Quick Ceramics cannot cover costs incurred due to postal damage.
